Would do well with a gentle and playful dog in the home Charley is a very soft and sensitive boy who is looking for a special family who is patient and willing to let Charley flourish at his pace Charley is terrified in his kennel but is much happier once out and he isn?t being stared down by people all day Great on leash Treat motivated and ready to impress Handler focused and wants to please his people more than anything, encouragement and confidence building will be critical with this boy He is more shy and timid with men, but with slow introductions will warm up Charley does submissive urinate when meeting new people, he does this because he is so concerned something bad will happen and we are helping him through that. The more positive interactions he has the better he gets and remembers that people provide all things good. We would love to get Charley in a home asap as the shelter world is much to chaotic and scary for him. We would love to schedule a meet and greet with adopters interested in meeting this sweet, kind and very gentle boy! Charley will progress in an adoptive or foster home much quicker and we are here to provide all the support and assistance you need.
